  1. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
  2. Drive the expansion of product reach across geographies including tier-1, 2, and 3 cities.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-level sales team (Zonal, Regional, Area, Territory).
  4. Set KPIs, sales targets, and review performance regularly.
  5. Oversee sales through wholesale markets (mandis), modern trade, general trade, ecommerce, and institutional sales.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
  7. Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across all product lines and regions.
  8. Drive promotional campaigns and market penetration initiatives.
  9. Work closely with procurement, logistics, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
  10. Forecast demand, manage inventory flow, and optimize cost structures.
  11. Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
