- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Drive the expansion of product reach across geographies including tier-1, 2, and 3 cities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-level sales team (Zonal, Regional, Area, Territory).
- Set KPIs, sales targets, and review performance regularly.
- Oversee sales through wholesale markets (mandis), modern trade, general trade, ecommerce, and institutional sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and institutional clients.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability across all product lines and regions.
- Drive promotional campaigns and market penetration initiatives.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
- Forecast demand, manage inventory flow, and optimize cost structures.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
