National Coordinator

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

The role for National Coordinator can be divided into the following parts:

1) Coordination, Data Collection, Monthly report

2) Business Development Officer

3) P&L Manager.     

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    1) Coordinator, Data Collection, Monthly report:

Build and manage relationships with farm sourcing teams, farmers, suppliers, CC teams, packers, packhouses, mandi players, and FPOs.

Coordinate on a daily basis with all stakeholders.

Handle price negotiation and cost control.

Work on reducing landing costs at different locations.

Prepare and update rate sheets twice a day, feed data into designated sheets, and generate charts and quotes.

Occasionally visit packhouses and mandis to source rates for raw materials, including packing materials, from multiple sources.

 

2) Business Development Officer:

Manage relationships with new suppliers.

Identify new sourcing opportunities in different locations.

Add new suppliers and vendors to the network.

Conduct random quality checks to ensure product standards.

Visit packhouses and suppliers as required.

 

3) P&L:

Track and monitor procurement costs versus selling price to ensure profitability.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly profitability reports (per product, location, supplier, etc.).

Identify high-cost contributors and suggest cost-saving alternatives.

Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost accounting.

Analyse margin trends and recommend adjustments in sourcing or pricing strategies.

Ensure that the overall sourcing operations are aligned with the company’s profit goals.

 

🎓 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲:

 ✔ Minimum Qualification: Graduation

 ✔ Minimum 05 Years of Relevant Experience

 💰 Compensation: ₹03.00 – ₹06.00 LPA

 ✨ Plus Variable Incentives, Loyalty Bonus & ESOPs
