β’ Set up and operate CNC Turning machines.
β’ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
β’ Load raw materials and tools into the machine and perform machine setup.
β’ Monitor machining operations to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
β’ Measure finished components using Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
β’ Perform tool offset corrections and make minor program adjustments as required.
β’ Replace worn or damaged cutting tools and maintain tooling records.
β’ Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as per quality standards.
β’ Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum rejection and downtime.
β’ Maintain daily production reports and machine operation records.
β’ Follow preventive maintenance practices and report machine abnormalities immediately.
β’ Maintain 5S standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
β’ Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

βοΈ Minimum Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical / ITI Mechanical
Autocad /Reading /Drawing/Design
βοΈ Minimum 0-1 Year of Relevant Experience
